Kirk Humphreys
Founder, Member of the Management Committee
Kirk Humphreys is Founder of The Humphreys Company and a member of the Management Committee. He has 47 years of experience in real estate acquisition, syndication, financing, ownership and disposition.
Kirk is the Vice-Chair of the Oklahoma City Airport Trust, a former director of OGE Energy Corp., a former member of the Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma, and a former Trustee of the Urban land Institute.
From 1972 to 1989, Kirk and his brothers owned and operated Jack’s Service Company, a national distribution business. After selling his interest in the company, Kirk focused his efforts on real estate investing. Kirk was twice elected Mayor of the City of Oklahoma City, serving from 1998 through 2003.
Kirk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Oklahoma in 1972.
He and his wife, Danna, have been married for 49 years and live in Oklahoma City and Carlton Landing. They have three children and 15 grandchildren.
Grant Humphreys
Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Management Committee, Director
Grant Humphreys is a seasoned real estate investor, developer, and community builder. He serves as CEO, a Member of the Management Committee, and Director of the Company.
As President of Humphreys Capital, Grant serves domestic and international equity partners through the management of multiple funds owning more than $1B of institutional grade properties located in high growth U.S. markets. As the Town Founder of Carlton Landing, a lakefront community in Oklahoma, Grant integrates the stewardship of natural assets with thoughtful craftsmanship of the built environment, producing cultural artifacts of lasting value which positively enhance the way people live and interact.
Grant holds an MBA from TRIUM, a global executive program from three elite business schools: NYU Stern, HEC Paris, and The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate from Baylor University.
Grant is an instrument rated pilot, enjoys traveling and time in the outdoors. He and his wife, Jen, have five children and divide their time between Oklahoma City and Carlton Landing.
Blair Humphreys
President, Member of the Management Committee, Director
Blair Humphreys is President, Member of the Management Committee, and Director of The Humphreys Company. He brings 16 years of experience in real estate investing and development.
Blair is the developer of the Wheeler District, an infill urban neighborhood on the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City. He is also the founder and past chair of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute.
Prior to initiating the Wheeler District development, Blair served as the Executive Director of the Institute for Quality Communities at The University of Oklahoma.
Blair earned a Master of City Planning and Urban Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from The University of Oklahoma in 2005.
He and his wife, Maggie, have four children and live in Oklahoma City.
Annie Middlebrooks
Director
Annie Middlebrooks is a Director of The Humphreys Company.
In addition to her role at Humphreys Company, Annie spends most of her time leading Skyline Church alongside her husband Jonathan who serves as the Lead Pastor. Annie and Jonathan serve together on the Board of Axis, a non-profit focused on connecting parents, teens, and Jesus in a disconnected world, and she also serves on the Board of Directors for the Mercy Health Foundation of Oklahoma City.
Annie earned a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University.
Jonathan and Annie have six children and live in Oklahoma City.
