Town Growth Report: How Town Begins the Year

As we kick off the new year, Las Catalinas is flourishing with 177 residences already completed and an additional twelve homes currently under construction. Prospective homeowners have an array of choices with sixteen single-family lots available, featuring the recent release of two new lots. Among the available options, thirty-two out of thirty-eight designed homes await, encompassing the newly released Montaña Flats, and the luxurious Lantana Residents, of which twelve out of twenty-five have already found their lucky owners.

Construction Updates in Town

New construction starts in Las Catalinas include; Central 36, 37, and 38.

Paseo del Parque continues to flourish with new developments. The third residence to break ground is 36 Paseo del Parque. The Maden-Griffin Family has entrusted the design of their three-bedroom home to Castillo Arquitectos. The capable hands of General Callet contractor RICSA are set to bring this vision to life over the next seven months, adding another dimension to town.
