Second largest Free Zone in the world.

The Colon Free Zone is the largest free zone in the Americas, and the world’s second largest. It began operations in 1950 in a small segregated city of Colon area, and in the last 60 years it has expanded to over 1,200 hectares of land free of taxes for export, import, storage and value-added operations.

In this area, our Distribution Center is located: MIT Logistics Park. It is a private logistics park designed and built to the highest standards of quality in terms of infrastructure, security, risk control, operational flow and space optimization. It is beneficial thanks to quick access to containers received, lower carrying costs and flexibility of operations.
