It is Pete friendly, clean and full of places to go and things too do. You won’t get bored! There is a decent middle school, but I don’t recommend it for high school. There are two Starbucks, a lot of restaurants and plenty of places to go at night. There’s a metromover That goes all around Brickell and takes you to downtown for free. It leaves you right next to mdc. There is a metro rail station and trolleys as well

This neighborhood has everything (restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment, outdoor space, public transportation), it is safe and the best is that most of the things are within walking distance. On the negative side it is full of snooty people, not the best place for a family, noisy, it is a gridlock and traffic can be chaotic, and it is definitely not that affordable for Florida salaries. Young people like to live here because of the nightlife, food, opportunities, but they tend to share the apartments with a roomate to be able to pay for their rents. Theres a small residencial section in Brickell with single family homes, but those are on the million dollar+ price tag, so you dont see a lot of families around. Theres a lack of green areas for the amount of people that live there.

The traffic is awful ,it’s full of rude people, and not a place for a family. It is very pretty it’s safe but not worth the money to live here. Lacks green area ,dog poop outside of brickell key. It’s basically another NYC. We bought here 16yrs ago when it was classy and quiet. Now is a nightmare and extremely expensive. It’s ridiculous. No schools. It’s pointless unless you want to be in a bar or restaurant every night. This a dream for young people with no worries other than to socialize. Eager to move forward from this area.
